The Handle Bar has expanded beyond Fenway with HB Heat, its newest heated studio concept in the South End. HB Heat brings a new heated workout option to the neighborhood from one of Boston’s most beloved boutique fitness brands.
Real Pilates Boston
South End | NOW OPEN
Real Pilates Boston brings the renowned Real Pilates method to Boston’s South End. Founded by Julia Stetson, a graduate of Real Pilates NYC, the studio offers private training, small group classes, and teacher training rooted in classical Pilates technique with a direct lineage to Joseph Pilates.
Studio Louise
Charlestown | NOW OPEN
A boutique reformer Pilates studio in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Founded by Emma Dodson, Studio Louise is designed to feel elevated yet welcoming — with intentional movement, expert instruction, and a strong sense of community at its core. Founding memberships are available now.

BodyRok Boston
South End | Opening Fall 2026
BodyRok is making its way to Boston’s South End with its signature high-intensity Pilates workout. Using their custom BODYROK reformer classes are 45-minute, full-body strength training sessions combining Pilates sequences with cardio to keep your heart rate elevated the entire time. Seven class themes, all full body, all next level.
Core Connection
South Boston | Opening Summer 2026
Core Connection is a Pilates-focused studio coming to South Boston, centered on helping clients build deep core strength, stability, and body awareness. A welcoming space for all levels — one to watch as more details and the opening date are announced.
Reform by The Point
East Boston | Opening September 2026
Reform by The Point is coming to East Boston this September, adding another boutique fitness option to the neighborhood. Keep an eye on their Instagram for more details as the opening gets closer.
Rev'd Fitness Cambridge
Cambridge | Opening September 2026
Rev'd Fitness is bringing all four of its training modalities under one roof to offer Rev'd Indoor Cycling, Rev'd-X, Rev'd Powerhouse, and Rev'd Sculpt. One of the most anticipated multi-format fitness openings in Cambridge.
STRONG Pilates
Back Bay & Fenway | Opening October 2026
STRONG Pilates is bringing its Australian-founded fitness format to Boston with two locations in Back Bay and Fenway. Their 45-minute, low-impact, high-intensity classes use proprietary machines — the Rowformer (a reformer with a rower attached) and the Bikeformer (a reformer with a bike attached) — combining Pilates, cardio, and strength training into one full-body workout.
Studio78
Fort Point | Fall 2026
