The Fit Scene Run Club Tour: A Summer to Remember

This summer, Fit Scene hit the streets of Boston — 10 stops, 9 neighborhoods, and one thing connecting them all: community. Here's a look back at every stop on the Run Club Tour.
The Fit Scene Run Club Tour: A Summer to Remember
This summer, we laced up and hit the streets. From early morning runs in Cambridge to evening miles in Dorchester, the Fit Scene Run Club Tour took us across Boston — 10 stops, 9 neighborhoods, and one thing connecting every single one of them: community.
We showed up to run, but what we found was so much more than that. Every club we visited had its own energy, its own neighborhood, its own people — and yet the spirit was always the same. Boston's run club scene is thriving, and we feel lucky to have experienced it firsthand.
Here's a look back at every stop on the tour.
The Stops
1. November Project Boston
Wed May 27 | 6:30am | Cambridge
We kicked off the tour the only way we knew how — early, energetic, and climbing stairs. November Project Boston meets at Harvard Stadium, where the crew tackles the iconic stadium steps together before the rest of the city is even awake. There's a reason this is where it all began. The Cambridge crew showed up in full force and reminded us exactly why we started this tour in the first place.
2. Rider Run Club
Tue Jun 2 | 6:30pm | Seaport
Stop two brought us to the Seaport with Rider Run Club — one of Boston's most energetic evening crews. Starting at the famous Hood Milk Bottle, we did a 3-mile loop through Seaport and the North End. A perfect way to start the summer run club season.

3. La Corsa Club
Mon Jun 8 | 7:00pm | Faneuil Hall
La Corsa Club took us on a tour of the city — starting at Faneuil Hall, through the Common, and all the way to the Esplanade. Historic streets, iconic views, and a crew that made every mile feel easy. And the real reward? Margaritas at Alma Cantina after. Lace up. Log the miles. Earn the margarita. 🍹

4. Major Miles Run Club
Thu Jun 18 | 5:30pm | Esplanade
The Esplanade is one of Boston's most beloved running routes — and Major Miles Run Club knows exactly how to make the most of it. An after-work run along the Charles with a female crew that brings the energy every single week. We even beat the rain — barely — which felt like a win in itself.

5. Run Rich Run Club
Wed Jun 24 | 6:15am | South Boston
An early morning run in South Boston with Run Rich Run Club — proof that the best way to start your day is with miles and good people. The sun was barely up, but the energy was anything but sleepy.

6. FP Movement
Sat Jul 11 | 9:00am | Back Bay
After a July 4th break, we came back strong with FP Movement in Back Bay. Led by Kara Lennon, the Saturday morning run offers both a 5K and 10K option so every runner can find their pace. A community run that perfectly captured what the tour was all about — welcoming, energetic, and rooted in bringing people together.
7. MYSTRYDE + Castle Island Track Club
Mon Jul 20 | 6:00pm | South Boston
Two communities, one run. MYSTRYDE and Castle Island Track Club joined forces for one of the tour's biggest stops — a 4-mile casual run with 5 pace groups, giveaways and demos from NOBULL, and injury screenings from Elliott PT. South Boston showed out.

8. Pioneers Run Crew
Wed Jul 29 | 6:30pm | Dorchester
Pioneers Run Crew holds a special place in Boston's running community — and spending an evening running with them in Dorchester reminded us exactly why. Boston's first Black and Brown-led running community, built on making the sport accessible and equitable for everyone. It was pouring rain that night. The crew showed up anyway. That says everything you need to know about Pioneers.
Giveaway partner: DOT BOX Gym
9. Flight House Fitness
Sat Aug 8 | 8:00am | Charlestown
We took the tour to Charlestown for a Saturday morning run with Flight House Fitness. A neighborhood with some of Boston's most scenic streets and a crew that made the miles feel easy. Complete with a special local giveaway to send us off in style.
Giveaway partner: Monument Restaurant
10. Always A Good Day
Wed Aug 12 | 6:00pm | Back Bay
We ended the tour the way we started it — with a crew that lives up to its name. Always A Good Day brought us back to Back Bay for a final evening run that was equal parts celebratory and bittersweet. Ten stops. Ten communities. One unforgettable summer.

Thank You, Boston!
To every run club that welcomed us, every runner who showed up, and every neighborhood that let us explore its streets — thank you. This tour was never about Fit Scene. It was about you, the community that makes Boston's running scene one of the best in the country.
We covered a lot of ground this summer, but we've barely scratched the surface. Boston has over 85 run clubs waiting to be discovered — and there's never been a better time to find yours.
